What data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Name, email, phone number, neighborhood, date of birth, and the services you offer or need.
Teens upload a school or government ID. Parents verify via Didit KYC, a short video call, or an in-person meeting. We review, confirm, and then permanently delete the uploaded image — typically within 24–72 hours. We retain only a flag indicating "verified" plus the verifier's initials and date.
Photos, bio, rates, availability, services, and reviews you publish. This is visible to other verified members.
Messages sent through Local, bookings confirmed, sessions completed, and ratings given. We use this to keep the community safe and surface good matches.
Standard logs: IP address, browser, device type. Used for security and debugging only.
Confirm each member is a real person in our service area. This is the single most important thing we do.
Show relevant profiles, filter by service and neighborhood, and facilitate introductions.
Send booking notifications, safety alerts, occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-essential email anytime.
Review reports, investigate concerns, remove bad actors. Serious concerns may be reported to law enforcement.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
Verification images are reviewed, confirmed, then permanently deleted. We never retain a copy.
No third-party ad pixels, no cross-site tracking cookies, no behavioral profiling.
Limited, purpose-bound sharing only: Didit (our ID-verification partner, subject to their own strict retention limits), our email provider, our hosting provider, and — when legally required — law enforcement. We do not share your personal information for marketing or advertising.

Close your account and remove your data. Some records (payment receipts, safety reports) may be retained for legal or safety reasons.
Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time via the link in any message.
Teens under 18 can only create an account with verified parent or guardian approval. Parents can view and revoke their teen's account at any time. We never knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to sensitive records is limited to a small verification team and logged. We are a small team — if something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you promptly and honestly.
